Mission Statement:
Evaluate, plan, and create individually designed interiors for private, professional, and corporate clients in residential and commercial settings. Interface and coordinate with architects, contractors, and staff to achieve the common goal of transforming buildings into elegant living and working environments reflective of the client's personality and lifestyle.

Procedures
The first step is a meeting to get to know each other and the nature of the project. During this phase, Marti will learn your preferences, and will review photos, clippings, and swatches that you might have collected as you began visualizing your project. She will review the current status of your home and address budgetary decisions so that you share the same vision as to the expected results from the estimated expense.

Designing
During the design phase, Marti will prepare drawings, collect samples and photographs, perhaps accompany you to procurement centers, take measurements, and in general work out the specifications for the job. During this time, she will consult with and advise you on the fabrics, furnishings, paint colors and finishes, floor coverings, window treatments, stone, tile and cabinetry. As a consultant, she can organize these into a recommendation sheet. This gives you all the information on the interior design plan to use when and as you choose.

Estimating
When the design is complete, Marti will summarize the materials, labor, and other costs into a complete proposal for your review. She will also provide a schedule for each part of the project, so that you will be able to plan accordingly.

Construction
Marti will oversee every task in the project, from demolition to final touches and will work closely with your builder. She and her craftsmen will see to it that your project is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
